Most orders normally go out within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Business days include Monday thru Friday and exclude holidays. Please allow 6 to 14 business days for UPS Ground deliveries.
Sales Tax Information: Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax.
Shipping Information: All orders are shipped UPS ground, United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and Fed Ex. We do not ship to International addresses.
Exchange and / or Return Policy: Returns MUST have prior approval by Primitive-Decor (approval number required) and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please return the merchandise in the original condition and original shipping carton within 30 days. Also, enclose a copy of the Customer Invoice and reason for exchange or return. Returns will be shipped back to us at your cost. If you would like a refund a credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Cancellation Policy: In order to process a cancellation in a timely fashion we expect you to do so within the first 24 hours of the automated receipt of order.
Damage and / or Shortage Claim: Damage or shortage must be reported within 3 business days. Customers must retain the original packing boxes to make a damage or shortage claim. Call 800-810-8409 and have Fed Ex or UPS tracking number available at time of call.
